Eastern Upper Galilee Vacations from $316

Decent stay overall. Only thing is that my room was missing an ice bucket and even after multiple requests we never received our ice bucket. And also a couple of the elevators were out of service and created a huge back up to go up or down to and from your room. Got kinda hectic but it was Labor Day weekend. Another downside was that the pool was pretty cold for night swim. Non heated pool and even tho weather was kinda warm at night the pool water was pretty chilly

Upon arriving to my room, I did not notice at first because I was on a time crunch, but when I came back, I did notice a big large clump of black hair sitting next to the bathtub. I went down to tell the staff and they stated that I could go ahead and get another room if I chose ,parking was a nightmare I tried to valet my car. They would not allow me to valet due to an event going on how to self park the car which OK fine but getting out of the gate to exit was a nightmare. My ticket was not scanning on the scanner so spent an extra 30 minutes having to go back up to the third floor and physically pay for my parking ticket I think I will choose a different hotel next time.

Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay....
